We can truly say that when traveling with the East Circle Passport the scenery is breathtaking, either from the comfort of our bus or by using one of many hiking trails or rest stops along the way. Iceland is yours to discover!
With this passport you enjoy all the regular freedom and flexibility with buses passing your destination every day. We recommend you take care of accommodations beforehand and make a decision regarding, roughly, how many days you want to spend enjoying the circle.
The East Circle Passport is valid from June 28th to August 31st for one circle traveling in one direction.
Please note that last day of operations for different routes is not the same. The opening of the highland roads depends mostly on the amount of snow covering and can be very wet after the spring. They are not opened to traffic until Road Control clears them as safe.
Warm clothes, good shoes, either a tent or have booked accommodation in advance.
The ticket is valid for one circle around Iceland, there is no going back and forth.
You choose which way you travel, clockwise or counter clockwise and continue in that direction.
You can hop on and off where ever you like to, just get the bus the day after to continue.
The ticket is valid from 20/6 – 10/9 2017
